A resident's rent includes the following:
- Utilities ( electric, water, sewer)
- Pest Control
- Trash Pick-Up
- Lawn Care
- Snow Removal
Cameron Housing Authority uses internet for TV streaming. This is an additional cost of $31.50 monthly with your rent.
Maintenance Requests
When living at our properties, one of the perks is our full time maintenance staff.
Maintenance is available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Please call maintenance if :
- Damaged or broken items (blind, door, etc. )
- Plumbing issues (clogged drain/low water pressure)
- Electrical issues (burnt out bulb/outlet not working)
- Water issues (leak, faucet, shower, etc.)
- HVAC issues (not heating or cooling)

This number is for maintenance emergencies after our normal hours. Situations that qualify as an emergency would be a fire, loss of water, major plumbing issues, furnace/AC not working.
